I am a sophomore at the University of Colorado Boulder, studying journalism and minoring in sports media. I have always had a passion for playing and watching sports, and I now love reporting on sports events. I am the men’s and women’s golf beat writer for the Sko Buffs Sports Media Club on campus. I also frequently appear on camera in the club’s weekly live show, write broadcast readers and am excited to start a new position this upcoming semester as the men’s basketball beat writer.
Post-graduation, I want to work as a beat writer covering basketball, baseball, or football at the college or pro level. In the future, my goal is to be a sports anchor for a local news outlet in a top-50 market.
